SAIN pays out to the properties on the first of each month.  Checks are mailed to the property in the property's name.

As long as your property has properly sent the referral through the SAIN portal before the referral contacts us initially, the property still has control of that referral reward.

This depends on the management company's referral payout policy. The leasing professional can personally receive the payout from Signature, if approved by their management or management company.

A referral is anything your property procures as a result of a phone call or foot traffic and that is submitted through your property portal to SAIN.

For each referral that your property submits through the SAIN portal, the portal will automatically send you, your property supervisor, or owner's (if desired) a receipt.

Not at all.  The property would simply collect basic information for the referral and forward that information through the SAIN portal we set up for you.  SAIN does all the work!
