Here's how it works:

You may also complete the information on our website under the link Contact Us and one of our associates will respond to your needs immediately.

  • STEP 2

    We will provide you with pictures and information about the apartment community and amenities. We will always provide you with options so that you make the final choice on where you choose to stay.

  • STEP 3

    Complete paperwork and return to our office. All paperwork can be completed online and emailed directly to our office and we will provide you with all the necessary information you need prior to checking into your corporate apartment.

  • STEP 4

    Move into your fully furnished apartment.... and relax. One monthly bill includes all the custom furniture, essential house wares, full size washer and dryer, cable, internet and all the utilities. We also offer housekeeping on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service.

What is the difference between a hotel and corporate housing?

Signature Corporate Housing offers a fully serviced apartment that is tailored to meet your needs. To name a few of the advantages: pet friendly communities, spacious floor plans, private patios and balconies, personal mailboxes, washer and dryer inside your apartment, covered parking and garages available….all in a residential neighborhood.

How am I billed?

First month's payment is required in advance prior to move in. You will receive a detailed all inclusive monthly bill. 

Are pets welcomed?

Most Signature Corporate Housing apartments allow pets. However, there are usually weight limits and breed restrictions and an additional fee may be required.

Are there laundry facilities?

A full size washer and dryer is included in your apartment.

Is there a minimum stay required?

Yes. We have flexible lease terms that start with a minimum of 30 days.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Signature Corporate Housing includes everything on one, simple invoice. You will be billed monthly in advance and may pay by credit card or company check, subject to credit approval. Credit cards accepted include Visa, Master Card, and American Express and Diners. Corporate credit cards, corporate checks and personal checks are accepted.
