Signature Corporate Housing has been such a saving grace. I was in an emergency situation in which I needed a nice place, close enough to family and available immediately. The were able to locate a very nice community that was within 5 miles of my family and very affordable. I knew I only needed something for about 3 months or so, they had plenty of options. Once I agreed on Stoneledge in Grapevine, they had turned my apartment in 48 hours. All I had to do was transport clothes and that was it. My family and I had the privilege of staying at the Resort at 925 Apartments for 3 months while relocating to the Grapevine area for business. Mindy and Iris of the Signature Corporate Housing Team made this transition so pleasant and easy, moving us into a beautiful apartment which is so centrally located to all our needs - great restaurants, services, parks and walking areas were all outside our door. Their outstanding effort, quality service and job well done made this a turn-key change. We moved into an apartment that was perfectly and beautifully furnished, comfortable mattresses, plenty of dishes, towels and everything was nice and clean. Cable TV was already set up for us and it was nice and cool on a hot Texas afternoon, which was a pleasure after arriving from the airport. Indoor parking, a beautiful pool, the gym, computer room and especially the BBQ area with 4 excellent grills, surrounded and filled with very friendly people were all unexpected bonuses. We cooked and had drinks and dinner with new friends there quite often, building new relationships. Interactions with Mindy and Iris were always in a very friendly manner. They are pleasant, warm, accommodating and very easy to get along with. This approach goes a long way with people and it is appreciated. We truly trusted them during the entire time.

In May of 2013, my house flooded while my husband and I were on vacation. It ending up being a three-month long nightmare, dealing with our unhelpful insurance company and a parade of incompetent contractors who created a bigger mess every time they entered our home. 
The one bright spot -- the one thing that went right -- was Signature Corporate Housing. I've waited so long to write this review that I can no longer remember the name of the co-owner who helped us, but she was amazing. When our insurance company was swearing to us that they could not find us a temporary housing anywhere near our residence, Signature got us a lovely apartment just about a mile away. The location was perfect  -- clean and ready for us -- and the service we received was perfect as well. I don't know what we would have done without Signature. At a time when we felt everyone else we were dealing with was being completely uncooperative and annoying, the people at Signature were beyond helpful and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend them, and I don't recommend services or products I'm not 100% thrilled with.

Signature Corporate Housing did an excellent job in providing my husband & me with a wonderful apartment in Keller at Dominion Town Center this past summer to meet our short term housing needs.  I cannot say enough positive things about the extra care & service provided by Iris & Mindy.  They went out of their way to make sure our apartment was comfortable, clean, & welcoming upon our arrival.  Their kindness extended to both my husband & me will always be remembered and appreciated.  I highly recommend Signature Corporate Housing apartments and staff at Dominion Town Center! Given my travel demands at work and the circumstances surrounding the long-distance move of my family, I knew that the best solution for us in the short term was an apartment near where our home was being built. Signature Corporate Housing took care of everything! The apartment, in a great location, was fully furnished and ready for the only day on which I was available to move. Not having to worry about buying furniture, securing utilities and paying various bills saved me time and avoided the usual stress associated with relocation. It also allowed me to focus my energy where it needed to be - initially at work and later with my family when they were able to join me. Iris and Mindy at SCH responded to every request throughout our stay with personal attention and professional dedication.
In short, our arrangement with SCH was exactly what we needed for those six months and I would highly recommend their services.

After staying in a cramped extended stay hotel for 3 weeks, we moved into one of their corporate apartments in Keller.  I was extremely stressed and I could not imagine being out of our home for 6 months while the repairs were being made. From the moment I was introduced to the Signature Corporate Housing staff, I was impressed by their care and professionalism.  They know their industry and provide excellent service to people who are needing housing (whether short or long term.) Their clients are greeted in their new environment with a smile and a goodie basket.  it is filled with pertinent items, as well as desirable tidbits.  I was extremely impressed when they put my needs above their own interests by recommending our home to a potential buyer instead of leasing it. Iris and Mindy demonstrated premier customer service from the 1st phone contact. They worked as a team to prepare a quote with various options on time which was clear and thorough. They gave us adequate time to compare and make our decision without undue pressure or follow-up. Once we awarded Signature Corporate Housing our business the contract and numerous and perhaps excessive supporting documents were transmitted effectively via email. My specific questions were promptly resolved via phone & email typically same day. We were offered the pleasant option to move in a day early and with simple instructions we moved to an executive apartment for the 1st time in 30 years. I compare the experience to walking into an exclusive Hilton property.  The few apartment issues were dealt with promptly and completely. They were even able to recommend a car exterior repair after the May hail storm in Keller. Their timely and consistent communication skills, pleasant in-person and non-face to face demeanor and problem resolution ability made doing business easy and is greatly appreciated in our home move situation.  I recommend Signature Corporate Housing and more accurately Iris and Mindy, owners of a premier corporate housing customer service provider.

All of my needs were anticipated and addressed, usually without me asking, but when there was the need to request services they were prompt and complete. I never had to deal with the same matter twice. Right from the welcoming gift when I arrived and throughout my stay always left with the “Customer is King” feeling when dealing with their office.

Signature Corporate Housing went out of their way to provide us with a place to stay when my mother and I needed to go to Texas for the summer to care for our new baby grandson (and great-grandson).  We needed a furnished apartment for a couple of months during the summer.  They worked with us getting the perfect spot for two women.   We were treated as well as if we had been CEO’s of a big corporation.  When I needed internet service, they provided it.  When the people at the apartment complex fell short, Signature Corporate Housing stepped in to help me get done what I needed done.  Until their involvement, my problems were falling on deaf ears.  I always knew how much things would cost and how I was expected to pay for their services.  They should be commended on a job well done and a big thank you for going the “extra mile”.  I will definitely give them a call the next time I plan a lengthy stay in Dallas.

Corporate Housing for four years. They have handled residential housing for our government client, numbering up to 40 person per project. They are always present to hand over keys and information packets on each location to each occupant. For three of those years, we have worked in the DFW area; this year we were in Minnesota. Both Mindy and Iris flew to Minnesota to visit each location prior to releasing the properties to our clients. They are always available to resolve any property issues. We were scheduled to move into the corporate apartment during the ice storm of 2011.  Since this move was a total furnished apartment and the person occupying the apartment was coming from overseas, Mindy and Iris stayed in constant contact with us about the move in.  The furniture delivery and appliance delivery were delayed because of the icy roads.  Mindy and Iris offered to find other accommodations for the occupant which was not an easy task due to the fact that it was Super Bowl weekend.  As it turned out, the furniture and washer/dryer were delivered and set up, in the time for the move in.  These ladies are always just a telephone call away and ready to help with any issue.

Signature Corporate Housing (SCH) has made a huge difference in my work life.   As a human resource manager for a global insurance company, it is part of my job to set up housing for trainees coming to the Dallas area from Europe, South America or Mexico for periods of six months to one year.  In the past, I spent many hours driving all over town to get all utilities set up and to lease apartments for new trainees. As our company grew, this happened more and more often, and we eventually sought another solution.  When I started using Signature Corporate Housing, my life became manageable again.  Now, all I have to do is email our requirements to them ,and  the rest is taken care of. The keys to the apartment are actually hand delivered to me! 
It is so wonderful to know that our employees are well provided for.  It is obvious that the staff of Signature Corporate Housing truly cares about each individual.  I have heard comments from individuals on how fast their requests are always taken care of.   I most appreciate the excellent and timely communication at the beginning of each lease.   It is so easy to just forward by email the documents to our employees for their completion prior to arriving in this country.   And, we can actually see apartment layouts online without having to visit the complex at all. In some cases we have made choices between apartments within seconds.  I love apartment shopping without going out the door!

 

When our employees arrive at their new home, he/she finds all the information they could possibly need regarding the apartment and emergency notifications within easy reach on a table. I cannot recommend this company enough -- the customer service and quality of care is truly outstanding!

"Signature Corporate Housing" rescued my wife and I because we spent days looking for temporary housing for us and our 3 dogs. We found out fast that most places would only allow 2 dogs. Signature Corporate Housing was the first to answer my desperate plea for help and within hours sent me the information about a new apartment complex that was extremely dog friendly. They explained how the complex had some conveniences, to include a nice dog park and small fenced in backyards. Mindy then went out of her way to take photographs of the complex and emailed them to me so I could get a better feel for the property. She was extremely friendly and made our move to Texas a lot less stressful. The staff went beyond our expectations in working with our timing and demands in needing an apartment for our short stay in Dallas. They were fantastic from start to finish. We felt very welcome when we arrived in our corporate housing. They called us over a holiday weekend to make sure everything was okay and made sure we arrived safely.....This was a fabulous welcome to TX, we couldn't have asked for an easier transition.
